TarleyNode is installed on a single Linux server under your control. It monitors everything that server can reach, while connected sites monitor their local devices and report back, so monitoring data never leaves your network.
A single installer deploys TarleyNode on Ubuntu or Debian, on x86-64. It generates certificates and begins monitoring every device the server can reach. Updates install from the console, which shows each step with a progress bar and reconnects by itself while the server restarts.
The release archive is self-contained, so TarleyNode can be installed on isolated networks with no internet connection.
Use Connect a site to add a location with a single command on Linux or Windows. Devices at that location are monitored locally, results are retained on disk if the link is interrupted, and a site can be disconnected at any time.
Scan each site’s address ranges to discover devices, then apply device templates that add a standard set of checks and alert rules in one step.
The high availability option adds standby servers and a witness, providing automatic failover and rolling updates. When the active server fails, the standby holding the most recent changes takes over, so none of its last changes are lost. A cluster with no active server for over a minute sends an alert by email, Teams, Slack, SMS or webhook, and another when a server is active again. During a rolling update, the console shows how many standby servers have installed the update.
Built-in backup and a guarded restore process protect your configuration and history.
