Try TarleyNode free for 30 days before you buy. If a purchase still is not right for you, you can have your money back within 14 days.

14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund of any licence purchase, renewal or add-on within 14 days of paying, for any reason.

How to ask

Email support@tarleynode.com from the address you bought with and include your order reference from the confirmation email.

What happens next

We refund the full amount to your original payment method through PayPal within 5 working days of your request. PayPal and your bank decide how long it then takes to reach you. The licence you were refunded for stops working once the refund is made.

After 14 days

Purchases are not refundable after 14 days, except where the Consumer Protection Act or other law gives you a right to a refund, for example if the software does not work as described and we cannot fix it.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback. It is usually the quickest way to get your money back.
